SAN FRANCISCO - The University of San Francisco men's tennis team head coach Pablo Pires de Almeida announced the signing of Nitzan Ricklis to a national letter of intent. The newest Don is set to enroll at USF for the 2018-19 year.
Ricklis joins the Hilltop from Sunnyvale, California where he attended California Homestead High School by way of Israel. His parents, Inbal and Ofer, are both from Israel. He has a younger brother, Yuval, and a younger sister, Nova.
Ricklis is currently a top-five northern California ranked junior, top-15 in all of California. As far as recruiting goes, he has a four-star rating and is ranked as a top-90 national prospect.
He is coached by Byron Nepomuceno, a former USF tennis program coach.
