SAN FRANCISCO - The University of San Francisco athletics department reintroduces the Dons mobile app on Thursday, just ahead of the West Coast Conference Championship Tournament tip-off in Las Vegas. The revamped app, created in partnership with SIDEARM Sports, includes extra features and more coverage. The app is an easy way for fans, student-athletes, and alumni to stay up-to-date on all Dons scores, events, and news.
The app brings everything Dons Athletics right to the user in addition to these great features:
- Create a personal account
- Get push notifications right to your phone from your favorite Dons programs
- Follow streams, audio, and stats of live games
- Stay current with news, rosters, and future events
- Follow Dons Athletics Social Media channels in-app
- View USF videos
"The launch of our iOS and Android applications is one more asset that we can utilize to provide our loyal supporters with the Dons Athletics content they desire," Content Writer and Social Media Coordinator
Matt Fontenot said. "The hope is that our fans get more of a real-time experience, especially at major events where not all Dons followers can travel, like the WCC tournament this weekend."
