Last year, Ed Chow was one of the most highly touted freshmen ever to come to the Hilltop. However what was supposed to be a stellar freshman season never came about as a result of Ed being ruled ineligible for play.

Nevertheless, in 1972-1973 pre-season workouts, Chow has demonstrated the finesse in ball handling and passing which made him an All-City, All-Northern California, All-State and prep A11 - American performer while at San Francisco's Washington High School.

Probably Ed's most valuable asset will prove to be a deadly outside shot. A History major, Ed hopes to compensate for last year with a lot of action this season (USFFoghorn).
