Donoghue was well satisfied with the boys' showing. Danmole, at center-forward,  turned in an aggressive game, almost giving Quintiro, the A.C. goalie, nervous fits.

Last Saturday the men of the Green and Gold shut out Stanford, 5-0, for victory number two. Center-forward Mashood Danmole paced the Dons with three goals. The first came on a relay from Funmi Osibogun, the second, five minutes into the third quarter, on a cross from Rangel, and the third on another cross from Rangel, with an assist from inside right Brian Pike. Rangel chalked up number four on a relay from Ortiz to Danmole, and the fifth score was manufactured by Pike on a relay from Osibogun (TheFoghorn).
