The Dons and Rebels concluded the series on Saturday with a double- header at Barnson Field The Dons took the second game by a score of 5- 2 behind their second straight complete game performance, this time by Chuck Nat. and the one swing of the bat from Greg Miles. Nat pitched brilliantly, and later commented on his performance by saying. "1 felt real good I hadn't pitched in a week so I was well rested. And withDietnch pitching well on Friday. I wanted to do good too." Nat gave up just four hits in the game in picking up the win. "I went mainly with my fastball and slider and mixed in some off-speed pitches to keep them off balance." The only two runs Nat gave up were solo homers to catcher Frank De Santis in the third and Tony Scott in the 8th. Other than that Nat was near perfect. But despite the brilliant pitching from Nat, it appeared that he would again lose to hard luck when the Dons went into the top of the 9th trailing 2-1. But Miles changed all that in a hurry when he hit a dramatic grand slam homer un to give the Dons a come from behind 5- 2 victory (TheFoghorn).
