The 1983 volleyball season saw a young team with heart and determination. Although hampered by injuries throughout the season, the Dons never fell to defeat without a fierce fight. This shows the courage that helped the team successfully beat Fresno State and the University of Washingion, while being the only team to win one game from UOP. They were led by seniors Brenda Vizzard, Kathy Schinder, and captain Jeni Boron.

With nine returning players next year, the future looks exciting for Dons Volleyball (TheDon).
