The University of San Francisco men's golf team, fresh of a second place finish at the Maridoe Invitational, is back in action this week. The Dons will travel to Corvallis, Ore., to participate in the Oregon State Invitational at Trysting Tree Golf Club. The Course
The tournament will be held at the par-71, 7,297-yard Trysting Tree Golf Club. The course which was opened in 1988, designed by Ted Robinson and was redesigned in 2017 by Dan Hixon. It is the home course of Oregon State.
The Field (15)
For the first time this season, the Dons will be squaring off against teams predominately in their region. They will be competing against: Air Force, Arizona, Boise State, California Baptist, Cal State Fullerton, Gonzaga, Idaho, Oregon, Oregon State, Oregon State B, Pacific, Seattle, Utah, and Washington State.

The Dons will be going with the same lineup that competed at the Maridoe Invitational. Senior
Tim Widing will be joined by juniors
Alex Chin and
Toby Briggs as well as sophomores
Matthew Anderson and
Christoffer Palsson. Last time out, Palsson led the squad when he finished tied for sixth. USF's talented sophomores have posted back-to-back top-10 finishes for the Dons in the fall, Anderson finished tied for fourth at the Carpet Capital Invitational earlier this fall. As a team, USF has a fall stroke average of 300.8. Anderson leads the Dons with a 73.3 stroke average.
Tournament History
This is the first time the Dons have appeared in this tournament. It is the first time that Oregon State has hosted a tournament since 2012 when they hosted the Pac-12 Championship at Trysting Tree.
