POST MEET WITH THE DONS:
- USF head cross country coach Tim Riley: "I'm really happy with our women's team today as we had a number of unexpected challenges to overcome this past week. At full strength, I was very confident we could have qualified it as a team but I am so thankful for how this team performed and battled for each other and for those that weren't here today. I can't thank the leaders of this team enough for this amazing season, especially our graduates: Zoe Wassell, Abby Pradere, Baneet Bains, Emily Jackson, Kalii Caldwell. Ebony Webb and Ruby Smee. Ruby isn't quite done yet as she qualified individually for the NCAA Cross Country Championships for the second year in a row! On the men's side, Ed really put himself in a good position to qualify but fell short. Our seniors Hiruy Alemseged and Caleb Haugland have been the pulse of the team all year and Steve and I can't thank them enough for what they have done for this program.
