CARMEL, Calif. - Wrapping up their fall schedule with their toughest test yet, the University of San Francisco men's golf team will compete in a loaded field on Monday and Tuesday as the Dons are set to suit up for the Cal Poly Invitational at The Preserve Golf Club.

DONS AT A GLANCE:

• In their last time out, San Francisco finished sixth overall as a team at the Alister McKenzie Invitational at Meadow Club on Monday, Oct. 9 + Tuesday, Oct. 10. Individually, Ben Partridge paced the green and gold as he tied for seventh overall (12-under-201/65,66,70) while Jakob Melin finished in the top 15 for the fourth straight tournament as he placed 13th overall (9-under-204/70,69,65).
• Continuing over their success from last spring, the Dons have finished in the top five as a team in three of their four tournaments this fall, which includes a tournament win at Mark Simpson Intercollegiate at Colorado National Golf Club on Oct. 2 + 3.
• Improving with each opportunity, both Melin and Partridge have each finished in the top ten individually three times already. Notably, Melin's highest finish came when he placed second overall at the Howard/USF Intercollegiate while Partridge has tied for third in two tournaments – the Howard/USF Intercollegiate and the Mark Simpson Intercollegiate.
