Beach Volleyball Set to Face Matadors and Roadrunners

NORTHRIDGE- Calif. -- The Dons are back on the road this weekend as they head down to Southern California to compete at the 2023 CSUN Tournament. The Dons are heading into this tournament feeling good after securing their first season win last weekend against Pacific in a 4-1 match.
 
The Dons will start off the tournament by facing off with CSU Bakersfield Roadrunners (11-6) on March 31 at 1:00p.m. and will then compete against the hosting CSUN Matadors at 3:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon. 

Bakersfield is currently ranked third in the Big West Conference and currently leads the rivalry against USF 3-1. CSUN (10-11) on March 31st at 1:00pm. CSUN is currently ranked 5th in the Big West Conference and currently leads in matches against the Dons 4-1. CSUN is currently ranked 5th in the Big West Conference and currently leads in matches against the Dons 4-1. 

The pairings of McKenna Towne and Letizia Aquilino had tremendous a weekend down in Santa Cruz and exceled in the team's Sunday matches defeating both their pairings against the Pilots and Tigers.
