SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- As the 2023 collegiate tennis season reaches its final weeks, the USF Dons women's tennis team (11-7, 3-3) is preparing to host their final home match of the season as they will welcome the Santa Clara Broncos (0-16, 0-5) to the Goldman Tennis Center on Saturday, April 15 at noon.
The Dons are looking to bounce back following a pair of narrow losses their last time out with the postseason looming as USF seeks consecutive appearances in the WCC Tournament after reaching last season's quarterfinals.
On the doubles side, the pairing of
Maria Martinez Vaquero and
Simran Chhabra have recently been added to the ITA's rankings at the 83rd overall spot in the nation with only the top 90 pairings across the country is honored.
