SAN FRANCISCO/SAN RAFAEL, Calif. – The University of San Francisco women's tennis team (2-0) picked up two match wins this week, starting with a 6-1 win over Academy of Art on Thursday, Jan. 18, at the Olympic Club, followed with a 6-0 road win at Dominican on Friday, Jan. 19 at Castellucci Family Tennis Center.

In the win over Academy of Art, San Francisco swiftly won the doubles point, highlighted by an impressive performance by Hana Gamracy and Erin Richardson, who clinched the double point with a 6-4 win over Erica Hellbe and Amelija Supulniece at the first doubles flight. Julia Visaya clinched the match win for the green and gold in singles play, earning a 6-4, win over Hellbe in sixth singles.

In Friday's sweep over Dominican, San Francisco won all three matches in doubles action, earning the doubles point with ease. Five of the six singles matches were played out due to poor weather conditions as the Dons quickly secured the match win.
