Men's Golf Completes Fall Schedule at Bayonet & Black Horse

SEASIDE, Calif. - Completing their fall schedule just a few hours down the coast, the University of San Francisco men's golf team finished seventh overall at the Leadership and Golf Collegiate Championship at Bayonet & Black Horse to begin the week.
TOURNAMENT RESULTS:
San Francisco will return to action in the spring semester as the Dons will next compete at the Nick Watney Invitational at Sunnyside Country Club (Fresno, Calif.) on Feb. 24 + 25, 2025. Live results will be available via the team's schedule page.

TOURNAMENT RESULTS:
- After the first round of play on Monday, Oct. 21, San Francisco was tied for ninth as team at +9. Notably, Renato Naula and Henry Styles both shot even-par across their opening round as the duo were tied for 19th overall heading into Tuesday.
- Improving on day two, the Dons shot even-par as a group across the second round, which helped the green and gold climb into a tie for seventh with Nevada. After Tuesday, Naula remained steady as he was tied for 21st at 2-over while Svante Palmgren jumped into a tie for 27th at 3-over going into the final round.
- Closing out the tournament on Wednesday, San Francisco shot 2-over as a unit across their final round. Individually, Styles finished as the high man for the Dons as the freshman shot 1-over-217 (72, 75, 70). Close behind, Naula finished in a tie for 21st at 3-over-219 (72, 74, 73). Right after Naula, Palmgren tied for 24th at 4-over-220 (75, 72, 73).
- Rounding out the rest of the lineup, Oscar Bredkjaer tied for 40th at 7-over-223 (79, 70, 74) and Martín León finished 50th at 9-over-225 (78, 72, 75). Competing as an individual, Brian Park tied for 73rd overall at 17-over-223 (76, 80, 77).
