SAN JOSE, Calif. – The University of San Francisco women's tennis team (2-4) dropped a 6-1 neutral-site decision to Cal Poly (4-1) on Saturday, Feb. 10 at the Spartan Tennis Complex.
After Cal Poly took care of business during doubles action, a battle ensued in singles, as three matches went to a third-set super tiebreaker.
Azaria Hayes pulled out the lone win for the Dons as she hung on, taking the third set 1-0 (10-8) after splitting the first two sets.
