SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - Closing out its March schedule, the University of San Francisco men's golf team will continue its spring season this week as the Dons return to the City by the Bay for The Goodwin at TPC Harding Park beginning on Thursday, Mar. 28.

DONS AT A GLANCE:

• Early last week, USF returned from a four-week hiatus as the green and gold competed in the General Hackler Championship in Myrtle Beach. Overall, the Dons finished in eighth place as a team, shooting 10-over-par 874. Leading the charge for San Francisco was Ben Partridge, who ended the tournament in a tie for third place, shooting six-under-par 210. The third-place finish for the senior marked the third top-five finish for Partridge this season.
• With a 31-team field at The Goodwin, USF will see five of the top 25 ranked teams (per Scoreboard) across Division I as the Dons sit at No. 81 in the rankings heading into the tournament.
• Last year, San Francisco finished fourth overall as a team at The Goodwin, which include Matthew Anderson tying for seventh and Renato Naula tying for eleventh individually. Notably, this is the third consecutive year in which USF has competed in The Goodwin and the ninth time in the last eleven years dating back to 2013-14.
