Previous School: Named MAAC Setter of the Year in 2015, first honor of its kind in Siena history, and was a MAAC player of the week four times...was selected to First Team All-MAAC in 2015 and second team All-MAAC in 2014...as a sophomore, led MAAC with 10.56 assists per set...her freshman year, earned Siena College Female Rookie of the Year and an MAAC All-Rookie selection...led the team and the MAAC in her first year with 11.1 assists per set in conference matches. 

High School: Named All-State and All-Southern Arizona at Salpointe Catholic...named to the AZ High Performance Regional Team and the High Performance USA A2 National Team (white)...selected Tucson Citizen Division 2 Player of the Year...holds single match record for assists at Salpointe.

Personal: Daughter of Glenn and Lucy Howell...has one little sibling, Kobe...pursuing Master of Science in Health Informatics.
