MOBILE TICKETING:

  • Starting this fall, USF Athletics will fully transition to mobile-only ticketing through Paciolan.
  • Tickets purchased at the door may be subject to higher pricing as part of our policy to encourage advance online sales.
  • For all single-game, season ticket, group experiences inquiries please contact the University of San Francisco Athletics Ticket Office at (415) 422-2873 or usftickets@usfca.edu.

GAME DAY INFORMATION:

  • Event time/date subject to change
  • All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Any item deemed a security risk may be prohibited. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and damages incidental to attendance at this event whether occurring before, during, or after the game.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

  • Alcohol of any kind and illegal drugs
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Artificial noisemakers
  • Banners and signage
  • Bicycles, roller blades, scooters and skateboards
  • Outside food and drink (exception for factory sealed water bottles)
  • Tobacco products
  • Video recording device and professional cameras
  • Weapons

BAG POLICY:

  • No bags larger than 16"x16"x8"
  • No backpacks (including clear bags)
  • No hard-sided coolers
  • Exceptions are made for diaper bags and medical bags
  • All bags are subject to search

ENTRY INFORMATION:

  • Gates for War Memorial at the Sobrato Center and Negoesco Stadium open one hour prior to the start of the game/match. Gates for Benedetti Diamond open two hours prior to the start of the game.

WILL CALL/CREDENTIALS:

  • War Memorial at the Sobrato Center - Credentials for media/performers/outside guests/etc. can be picked up at the will call table located at the southwest gate of the arena).
  • Negoesco Stadium - Credentials for media/performers/outside guests/etc. can be picked up at the will call window located at the main entrance to Negoesco Stadium.
  • Visiting Team Guest List - Visiting team guests may pick up their tickets between starting 1 hours prior to gametime for all events, or will be distributed via mobile delivery prior within 24 hours of the game via a guest list provided by the visiting institution. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets and guests must proceed directly into the arena/stadium after pickup.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

  • University of San Francisco Athletics is committed to serving its fans by providing a safe and enjoyable gameday experience. The Fan Code of Conduct has been established to ensure that fans' Game Day experience is consistent with that commitment.
  • Failure to follow this code may result in ejection from the facility, revocation of ticket privileges and/or arrest.
  • All fans are expected to refrain from the following behavior at all events.

                - Any action that disrupts other guests' enjoyment of the game
                - Engaging in action that causes a disruption or interferes with the game
                - Profanity or other offensive language, whether spoken or appearing on apparel
                - Smoking or use of e-tobacco products
                - Throwing of items or liquids
                - Entering the court or field of play at any time
                - Failure to retain ticket and/or present it to event staff if requested to do so
                - Resale of tickets at the venue
                - Violation of state or local laws
                - Possession of any item listed on the "Prohibited Items" list
                - Use of foul, abusive, obscene, or discriminatory (on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other characteristic) language or gestures
                - Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
                - Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drug use. Fans that appear to be impaired will not be permitted into the stadium and may be subject to arrest
                - Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement or stadium management
                - Sitting in a seat other than one's ticketed seat location
