WBB | 2020-21 West Coast Conference Schedule Announced

SAN BRUNO – The West Coast Conference announced today the WCC slate of games for the 2020-21 women's basketball season. The Dons' double round-robin style conference schedule will include nine home games and nine on the road.

USF will play two contests on the road before saying goodbye to 2020: they begin their conference season in Provo, Utah to face BYU on Monday, Dec. 28 and travel to San Diego to take on the Toreros on Dec. 30.

Shortly after ringing in the new year, the Dons will host Pepperdine in their home opener on Saturday, Jan. 2 and complete their two-game homestand against LMU on Monday, Jan. 4.

The Dons are slated to transverse the East Bay the following weekend as they face Pacific in Stockton on Jan. 7 and Saint Mary's in Moraga on Jan. 9.

USF will play another slate of home games the next week, this time welcoming Portland on Jan. 14 before hosting Gonzaga on Jan. 16, the latter of which will be part of a double-header as the men's basketball team hosts BYU that day.

The Dons' final three games of January will all take place on the road. USF travels to the south bay to take on Santa Clara on Jan. 23 before a Los Angeles road trip pitting them against LMU on Jan. 28 and Pepperdine on Jan. 30.

Five of the final seven conference games are slated to take place on the Hilltop in 2021, beginning with a weekend at home when the Dons host Saint Mary's on Feb. 4 and Pacific on Feb. 6.

USF's final road trip of the year will hit the Pacific Northwest. Their first stop will be in Spokane, Wash. to take on Gonzaga on Feb. 11, after which they'll head west to face Portland on Feb. 13.

USF will close out the season facing Santa Clara on Saturday, Feb. 20, San Diego on Feb. 25, and BYU on Feb. 27 for Senior Day. Last year, the Dons toppled the nationally-ranked Cougars in the closing seconds of Senior Day on Abby Rathbun's buzzer-beating put-back shot. This year, the women's team will share their senior day with the men, who will play Santa Clara the same day.
