VB | Dons Add More Firepower With the Addition of Taylor Schein

SAN FRANCISCO – The University of San Francisco women's volleyball team continues to add to its robust attack with the addition of Taylor Schein who signed a National Letter of Intent and will enroll at USF in the fall.

The three-time letter winner for head coach Natalie Allen and the Saints saw her senior season cut short do to COVID, but that didn't stop her from making an impact as a prep.  In three seasons, she amassed 540 kills, with a .279 attack percentage, averaging 2.1 kills per set. The two-time al-league honoree helped lead her team to two Desert Empire championships and went 75-24 overall, including a 30-2 mark in conference play.
 
The versatile athlete, played outside and inside for the Saints.  As a sophomore playing in the middle she finished with 111 total blocks, when she moved outside she tallied a career-best 282 digs.
