USF AT A GLANCE
LAST TIME OUT

ABOUT THAT BOX SCORE
The win over the Sacramento State, the Dons set seven single-game records: PPG -108 (old record was 105 set against UC Riverside 11/19/00), 34 points in the 1st - most points scored in any quarter since Women's hoops transitioned to quarters, 63%  field goal percentage (46-for-73), previous 59.3 (35-for-59 at Fresno State 12/20/13), 46 most field goals tops the previous record of 45 vs. Nevada 11/19/83), 36 assists tops 34 set against UC Riverside 12/5/80, and 14 blocks - previous high unknown.

WERE GOING STREAKING
USF enters Monday's game riding a four-game winning streak - tied for the second longest of the Goodenbour era.  The longest is a five-game streak set in 2016-17.  During the Dons current streak, they are averaging 91.0 ppg, shooting 50.2% from the field, 36.0% from distance, averaging 20.7 assists per contest, 10.0 steals per contest.  Four players are averaging better than 10.0 ppg, with five different players shooting better than 50.0%.

A WIN WOULD MEAN...
• The Dons extend their winning-streak to five games, tied for the best streak during Goodenbour's tenure.
• Improve the Dons to 3-2 on the road.
• Give Goodenbour her 300th career win at all levels.
• USF would improve to 5-1 in December this season and 19-13 in December in the Goodenbour era.
• Give the Dons a 2-game winning streak against the Cougars - the only such streak in the series.
• Improve to 5-2 on the year.
• Open WCC play 1-0 - the third time under Goodenbour.

300
The Dons next win will be the 300th in the career of head coach Molly Goodenbour at all levels.  Goodenbour has 101 wins in the Division I level, 129 at Division II and 69 at the JC level.  For her career at the NCAA level she is 230-204 (.530).

MAKING IT COUNT FROM DISTANCE
When it comes to life beyond the arc - the Dons either lead or are in second in the WCC in every statistic.  USF ranks 80th in the nation in attempts at 139 which is tops in the WCC.  They are shooting 40.3 percent from the field which is second in the conference and 19th in the nation.  USF is averaging 9.3 made 3s per contest which ranks 17th in the nation.  At their current pace - USF is set to finish with 223 made 3-point field goals which would break the previous high of 217 set in 31 games in 2016-17.  USF would accomplish this in 22 games.

DOUBLE FIGURES
Through six games, the Dons have four players in double figures.  Leading the team is Ioanna Krimili who is averaging 20.5 ppg, followed by Lucie Hoskova (11.7), Julia Nielacna (10.7) and Amalie Langer (10.5).

SEEING 20/20
In five of the six contests this year, USF has had at least one 20 point scorer.  Abby Rathbun had a career-night against Sacramento State finishing with a game-high 22.  Against William Jessup USF had no one score 20.  Three players scored 20 against Fresno State (Hoskova, Krimili and Marta Galic).  Krimili scored 20 against Cal, Oregon State and UC Davis. Krimili has five 20 point games this season and six for her career - USF is 3-3 when she scores 20 points.

THE SERIES
Monday is the 27th time the Dons and Cougars have squared off.  All-time BYU owns a 20-6 advantage in the series.  In Provo, BYU leads 11-1.  The series dates back to Mar. 12, 1980 when the Dons fell to to BYU in the first round of the AIAW playoffs in Provo 92-58.  Last season, the two teams split the season series with each team winning the home contest.  The Dons upset the Cougars 60-58 on a last second tip in by Abby Rathbun at War Memorial Gym on Feb. 22, 2020.
