Tuesday Testimonial | Catching Up Amy Touli
6/30/2020 12:44:00 PM | General, Women's Basketball, Provident Credit Union Dons Honor Club
In the latest edition of Tuesday Testimonials, host Frank Allocco sits down with former women's basketball player and current women's basketball analyst, Amy Touli.
The two discuss Touli's late arrival to basketball (by today's standards.) They follow her introduction to basketball by outlining her magnificent Hilltop career that culminated with all-conference honors after her senior season.
Touli, who played with Hall of Famers Joy Boyenga-Woods and Tami Adkins, and was coached by Bill Nepfel and Mary Nepfal-Hile, still ranks eighth in program history with 122 3-point field goals made.
She finished her career as one of the winningest players in USF history, helping her squad go 65-45, which included a tie for first in the West Coast Conference in the 1991-92 season.
