SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Following a three-week absence from competition, the USF Dons' cross country team is back to work for the 2021 Santa Clara Bronco Invitational. Saturday's event will be the Dons' last event prior to the WCC Championships in Concord at the end of the month.

- Ruby Smee returns to action following a strong performance against some of the best runners in the country at the Dellinger Invitational. Smee posted a time of 20:26.9 good for No. 14 overall competing against athletes from the Pac-12 and SEC.
- Ed Kiolbasa posted the best time on the men's side finishing at No. 85 with a time of 24:36.7 in Oregon.Â
- The Dons will look piece together a strong team performance prior to the WCC championships at the end of October.Â
