CATCHING UP WITH COACH RILEY:
"We had a bit of a rough start today but finished really strong. For the jumps and sprints, it was awesome to see Windy compete in the long jump and finish third overall.
London Lewis had a good day as well competing in the 200m and ran a good 4x4 leg. On the distance side, Whitney and Abby had solid mile races and has very strong 4x4 legs. Julia raced really smart in the 600m and another good 4x4 leg. The highlight for our group today was
Fian Sullivan-Sweeney's debut in the 3K for the Dons. To see Fian win the 3K while knowing how hard she has worked to get back on the track was very impressive."
