CATCHING UP WITH COACH RILEY:
"It was a great weekend of executed racing by the Dons! On the sprints/jumps side, Rayne had a much better 60M than her opener in Michigan. Unfortunately, Windy's biggest jump of the day was not marked but she is getting there. On the distance side the excitement started Friday night with our distance medley relay team of Abby, Julia, Whitney and Ruby breaking the indoor school record by three seconds. On Saturday, Eve kicked the day off with a huge 27 second personal best in the 3K. In the mile, Baneet, Maddie, Kat and Anna all executed their race plans brilliantly. In the women's 800m Abby, Julia, and Whitney all came back running on tired legs and made huge progress in competitions from start to finish. And last but not least, Ruby in the 3K, breaking the school record by two seconds. That currently puts her at No. 15 in the NCAA.
