USF Athletics to Host Dons Tip Off Reception

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The University of San Francisco Athletics Department will officially host the 2022 Dons Tip Off Reception on Thursday, Oct. 27 at 6:00 p.m. at the Sobrato Club in War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.
The festivities will include a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres as well as an opportunity to mingle with the USF men's and women's basketball coaches and student-athletes beginning at 6:00 pm following an entertaining program beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Speakers at the reception will be USF's head women's basketball coach Molly Goodenbour, head men's basketball coach Chris Gerlufsen, Director of Athletics Larry Williams and USF student-athletes. To conclude the evening, USF will present the Jim Brovelli Award to longtime university supporters Tom and Gaylene Hoshiyama.
Tickets for the reception are priced at $100 per person. All proceeds will benefit the USF men's and women's basketball programs as each team looks to take the next step this season following postseason appearances from both teams.
