CATCHING UP WITH COACH RILEY:
"It was another banner weekend of racing at Dempsey highlighted by a couple of breakthrough races. Friday night featured some racing from Fian, Baneet and Anna all with either a seasonal best of personal best. Eve had a solid 5K debut and is about where she was at in April last year. Ruby was very impressive in her 5K debut as well breaking
Aoibhe Richardson's school record by seven seconds, that currently puts her at No. 9 in the NCAA. The highlights Saturday include personal bests by Anna coming back in the mile, Whitney in the 800m, and a big personal best by Abby who put herself in a great position late in the race to make it happen. Excited to carry this momentum into next week's competition at the MPSF Indoor Championships."
