PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Participating for the second time in as many weekends, the USF Dons men's and women's outdoor track team was in action at the Cardinal Classic hosted by Stanford University on a rainy Saturday afternoon.

Highlights for the Dons on Saturday in the rain included personal best performances from Abby Pradere, Fian Sullivan-Sweeney and Daniel Maneloveg in the 1,500m run, Julia Morales in the 800m run and Hiruy Alemseged in the 5k.

CATCHING UP WITH COACH RILEY:
"Today was a good challenge for the Dons. We are so spoiled with consistent weather, learning to be flexible with changing conditions today will help prepare us for down the road. We still had some good results with personal bests from: Abby, Fian, and Daniel in the 1,500m, Julia in the 800m and Hiruy in the 5k."
