PHOENIX, Ariz. – Wrapping up their regular season with another test in the desert, the University of San Francisco men's golf team is set to participate in the 2022 Thunderbird Invitational (hosted by Arizona State) at Papago Golf Course in Phoenix on Friday and Saturday.

DONS AT A GLANCE:
- Returning to the state of Arizona for the second time this year, the Dons will aim to get back in their groove this weekend as USF will compete at Papago Golf Course for the first time since 2017. That year, the green and gold finished twelfth overall at the Thunderbird Invitational.
- In this year's edition of the tournament, USF will be squaring off against five teams in the top 25 of Golfstat's NCAA Team Rankings: No. 1 Oklahoma, No. 2 Oklahoma State, No. 4 Arizona State, No. 5 North Carolina and No. 7 Texas Tech. Heading into the weekend, the Dons currently sit at No. 55 overall in the Division I rankings.
- Fresh off of his fifth top twenty finish of the year at The Goodwin, Soren Lind is hungry to close out his final regular season tournament on a high note. Notably, the Thunderbird Invitational will also mark the final regular season tune up for classmates Toby Briggs and Alex Chin.
