SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- Returning to the courts in Southern California, the USF Dons men's tennis team (1-1) were unable to get in the win column on Saturday as they fell to the San Diego State Aztecs (1-1) by a 5-2 score at the Aztec Tennis Center.
The Aztecs took the initial doubles point by winning two of the three matches as the Dons' duo of
Luka Kalenic and
Stevie Gould took down the SDSU duo by a 7-5 margin.
Turning to singles action, both
Moritz Hoffmann and
Nikola Kuraica picked up individual victories winning in three sets to account for USF's two points on Saturday.

The Dons will wrap up their time in San Diego with their first conference match of the season as they will face off with the San Diego Toreros (1-0) on Sunday afternoon from the Hogan Tennis Center.
