Matching her career high in points, Santos shot 76.9 percent (10-for-13) from the field and connected on her second-career three-point basket.
  • Jasmine Gayles, the Dons' leading scorer through six games this season, scored 19 points to help propel the team to victory. Gayles, who also ranks first in the WCC in scoring, averaging 18.3 points per game, shot 55.6 percent (five-for-nine) and knocked down a team-high three three-pointers.

  • The Dons earned their first-ever win at Chase Center last season, defeating San Diego State 65-56, with Gayles scoring a game-high 19 points on December 4, 2022. San Francisco lost to California and Stanford in the previous two contests at Chase Center.
SCOUTING THE RAMS:
  • Colorado State enters Sunday's game with a perfect 4-0 record and sits in second place in the Mountain West Conference, right behind preseason favorite UNLV, who stands at 5-0.
  • The Rams are led by McKenna Hofschild, who leads the team in scoring, averaging 21 points per game. The Mountain West Preseason Player of the Year is shooting 54.5 percent from the floor and 40 percent from three through four games this season.
  • Racking up preseason honors, Hofschild was also named to the Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year Watch List and Lieberman Award Watch List before the start of the season.
SERIES HISTORY:
Sunday's neutral-site game will be the eighth all-time meeting between the two programs. Dating back to the first-ever matchup during the 1989-90 season, San Francisco holds a 4-3 advantage over Colorado State, with the last win coming last season on December 10, 2022 when the Dons handled the Rams, 73-62, at Moby Arena.
