SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – After a week off from competition, the University of San Francisco women's basketball team (2-6) returns home to host Northern Arizona (5-3) in a non-conference match up at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec 9 at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.

DONS AT A GLANCE:
- Last time out on the court, San Francisco competed at Washington and was led by Mia Vukšic, who put up nine points off the bench for the Dons. Aya Kéita also produced off the bench for the Dons throughout the contest, scoring seven points while adding four rebounds and a team-high two assists.
- Jasmine Gayles continues to lead the team in scoring, averaging 15.8 points per game. Through eight games this season, Gayles has reached double figures six times and continues to excel at the free-throw line, shooting 79.6 percent (43-for-54) from the charity stripe.
- Establishing herself as the main rebounding option, Debora dos Santos currently leads the team and ranks third in the WCC in total rebounds with 70 while also compiling a league-leading 8.8 rebounds per game. In eight games, dos Santos has recorded double-digit rebounds four times.
- As a team, the Dons rank fourth in the WCC for both three-point field-goals made with 54 for an average of 6.8 per game, and free throw percentage (102-for-141, 75.8 percent). The green and gold also rank first in the WCC for combined team rebounds, with 316 for an average of 39.5 rebounds per game.
SCOUTING THE LUMBERJACKS:
- Northern Arizona comes off a win against Pacific on Wednesday, Dec 6, defeating the Tigers, 96-65.
- The Lumberjacks had six players score in double figures against the Tigers, led by Sophie Glancey, who scored a game-high 18 points while shooting 60 percent (six-for-10) from the field. Glancey added one three-point basket and connected on five of her seven free-throw attempts.
- Glancey leads the Lumberjacks in scoring throughout the team's first eight games, averaging 12.3 points per game.
- Offensively, the team ranks second in the Big Sky Conference in scoring offense, averaging 72.8 points per game.
SERIES HISTORY:
Dating back to the 1980-81 season, the Dons and Lumberjacks have faced off four times, with the Dons leading the head-to-head 4-0. Three wins occurred at War Memorial Gym and one at a neutral site. The largest margin of victory for the Dons was in 1990, when they defeated the Lumberjack 71–52.
