SEASIDE, Calif. –
Riana Mission earned her second consecutive individual title as the University of San Francisco women's golf team placed sixth out of 11 programs at The Molly Tuesday afternoon at Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course.
TOURNAMENT RESULTS:
- Mission paced the 65-player field, earning a share of the top spot for the second consecutive tournament. Mission concluded the two-day event with a seven-under-par 209. Setting the tone in the opening round, Mission shot a six-under-par 66 with six birdies and no bogies.
- Eva Pett followed in a tie for 22nd place with a seven-over-par 223, while Jolie Chee grabbed a share of 33rd at 12-over-par 228.
- In her first collegiate action, Jillian Leh finished in 62nd place after shooting a 28-over-par 244. Leh totaled three birdies throughout the tournament, with two coming in the second round.
UP NEXT:
San Francisco returns to action on Monday, Oct. 7 – Tuesday, Oct. 8, when it competes in The Marilyn Smith Invitational, hosted by Kansas, at Lawrence Golf Club.
