COLFAX, Wash. – The University of San Francisco cross country program continues postseason play when it competes in the NCAA West Regional, hosted by the NCAA and Washington State, on Friday, Nov. 15, at Colfax Golf Club.

DONS AT A GLANCE:
- San Francisco last competed nearly two weeks ago, participating in the West Conference Championships on Saturday, Nov. 2. The women's program earned a sixth-place finish out of the 11-team field while the men finished sixth out of eight teams.
- Natálie Hluší paced the Dons, securing 21st place out of 102 competitors with a time of 21:03.9. Performing well in the 6000 meters, Hluší nearly surpassed her previous best of 20:43.9 set at the Bronco invitational during the 2023 season.
- Katharina Goetschl followed behind, earning a 26th-place finish at 21:17.3, her third-fastest time of the season.
- In her first meet of the season, Josi Seerig, a member of the triathlon team, crossed the finish line in 39th at 21:46.3
- Zach Elam led the men to a sixth-place team finish out of eight competing programs. Elam grabbed 20th out of 73 participants, his third top-20 finish of the season, at 24:31.5.
- Ethan O'Shea followed 12 spots behind Elam, taking 32nd place with a time of 24:52.0.
- Last season at the NCAA West Regionals in Sacramento, the men placed 14th while the women grabbed 15th.
