SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The University of San Francisco (USF) Athletics department will begin a new spotlight series highlighting each member of the 2026 Hall of Fame class leading up to the induction ceremonies.

The third member of the upcoming class to be honored is women's basketball alumnus Taylor Proctor, who spent four years on the Hilltop from 2012 to 2016.

Proctor has been one of the most memorable female athletes on the Hilltop in recent years, setting new heights and breaking records throughout her time in the green and gold. Proctor finished her career at USF in the top 10 of seven statistical categories, including rebounds (923), minutes played (), and points (1,785). She is one of only four Dons in program history to capture All-WCC honors four times, as she earned All-WCC Honorable Mention honors in 2013 and 2014 before being named to the All-WCC First Team in 2015 and 2016. She is also one of just nine Dons all-time to capture All-WCC First Team honors two or more times. In 2015, Proctor began the upswing for the program, guiding San Francisco to an appearance in the WNIT, its first postseason appearance in 13 years. That season, she scored a career-high 39 points at Utah Valley on Nov. 23, 2015, which ranks tied with Mary Hile for the third-most by a Don in a single game. One year later, Proctor went on an unforgettable run in the WCC Tournament in Las Vegas as USF became the lowest seed (6) in WCC Tournament history to win the postseason tournament. The Dons defeated the tournament's top three seeds: San Diego, Saint Mary's, and Brigham Young to advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 19 years (1997). For her efforts in Vegas, Proctor was named WCC Tournament MVP. She was also awarded USF's Anne Dolan Award in 2016, which is presented annually to the top female student-athlete at USF. Before graduating, Proctor signed a contract to play professionally with KFUM Ostersund in Sweden. After her playing days, she spent six seasons as an assistant coach at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver), including serving as associate head coach in 2024-25. Proctor was recently hired as an assistant coach at Colorado State University Pueblo in May 2025.

The Father Hub Flynn Hall of Fame Celebration is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 18, 2026, at the McLaren Conference Center on the main campus of USF. The festivities will begin with a social hour reception from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by the Hall of Fame Program from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. Dress is business casual. Inductees will also be honored at halftime of the USF men's basketball game vs. Washington State later that day, with the game beginning at 4:00 pm inside War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.
