Dons Earn Podium Finish at Navy Collegiate Cup

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The University of San Francisco (USF) triathlon team earned a podium finish at the Navy Collegiate Cup as the Dons placed third overall with 227 points.
RACE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Tallulah Wright led San Francisco with a runner-up finish, placing second overall with a time of 59:56.0 to earn 63 points.
- Abbey Lotz and Maria Jose Nunez Bautista both finished inside the top 20 for the Dons. Lotz placed 18th overall with a time of 1:01:59.1 and 47 points, while Nunez Bautista followed in 19th with a time of 1:02:01.8 and 46 points.
- Mackenzie Maclean gave San Francisco a fourth finisher inside the top 25, placing 23rd overall with a time of 1:02:28.1 and 42 points.
- Sara Kos rounded out the Dons' five scoring finishers, placing 36th overall with a time of 1:04:02.1 and 29 points.
- As a team, San Francisco finished third out of 10 teams with 227 points, edging host Navy by one point for the final podium spot.
