HOT SPRINGS, S.D. - The University of San Francisco (USF) triathlon team enjoyed a successful start to the 2026 season as the Dons finished third overall at the Southern Hills Triathlon Super Sprint.

RACE HIGHLIGHTS:

Josi Seering picked up where she left off last year as the senior was the top finisher for San Francisco, placing fourth overall with a time of 31:24.0 to earn 65 points.
Kjara Reckmann also had a strong performance for USF, finishing 13^th overall with a time of 32:11.2 and 56 points. Heidi Henry also placed in the top 20, finishing 19^th overall with a time of 32:43.9 and 51 points.
Radana Lapácková made her debut in the green and gold, finishing 23^rd overall with a time of 33:31.4 and 47 points.
As a team, San Francisco jumped four spots to third in this year's super sprint. The Dons finished seventh with 102 points in 2025.

5. South Dakota - 208 points

1. Colorado Mesa - 206 points
