2015-16 (Sophomore)
Fall 2015: Turned in a 1-4 record during the fall season, going 1-3 in singles and 0-1 in doubles...Picked up his lone singles win of the season against Kumara Adavelly of Pacific in three sets at the Pacific Invitational...Paired up with Marco Barretto in his lone doubles match of the season, losing 6-8 to a UC Davis team at the Aggie Invitational.

2014-15 (Freshman)
Fall 2014: SINGLES:  Earned his first win as a Don on Oct. 3 against Joaquin Marquez of Sacramento St. in three sets, 6-3, 3-6, 6-0…Ended the fall with two consecutive wins against Mark Ihrig of Denver and Jordan Smith of California…DOUBLES: Worked with two different partners, Johan Samuelsson and Jason Lee…Participated in a total of nine matches…Served up two straight wins with partner Lee against pairs from Sonoma State and Denver. 

Spring 2015: SINGLES: Earned his last win of the season with a straight-set, 6-0,6-0, win against Joey Brandt of Gonzaga. DOUBLES: Stepped on the courts eight times for USF partnering with Christian Brockstedt at No.3 doubles…Was victorious in two matches against the teams of Cal Poly and Santa Clara.

High School and Personal: Has competed on the national stage in both hard court and clay court tournaments…Advanced to the 2012 USTA Boys Winter National Championship round of 16 in both the main draw and doubles brackets…Won two Southern Level 1 doubles titles, the National Open and Copper Bowl and was at the top of the podium at the 2012 state championships…He has been ranked as high as third in the state of South Carolina...Expects to major in Business and become an entrepreneur when he grows up…son of Tony and Lori Santiago…His sister Natalie plays tennis for Vassar College and is the captain of the team...Hobbies include Tae Kwon Do and photography…Born May 1, 1996, in Charleston, S.C.
