2015-16 (Senior)
Fall 2015: Put together an 11-9 record for the fall season, going 5-5 in singles matches and 6-4 in doubles...Won five straight doubles matches with Nils Skajaa at the ITA Northwest Regional to clinch a berth at the National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships...Beat a pair from Stanford in straight sets to win the ITA Northwest Regional, the second year in a row USF has won the event...Won two straight singles matches at the ITA All-American Qualifiers, beating Hudson Blake of TCU and Trent Botha of Arizona...Won another two straight singles matches at the ITA Northwest Regional, beating both Will Cochrane (Portland State) and Garcia Mathieu (Portland) in straight sets.

Spring 2016: The senior from Portugal recorded a 6-13 mark in singles action in his last season at the HIlltop...Claimed two conference victories with wins against opponents from SCU and LMU...Defeated Yousseff Hassan of nationally ranked Fresno State, 6-4, 6-1...Paired with Skajaa to form the 58th ranked doubles pair in the nation...Was named to the All-WCC Second Team in doubles action...Recorded a 10-7 record as the Dons top duo...Had two separate streaks of four straight wins with Skajaa...Compiled an impressive 5-2 mark in WCC action. Named Honorable Mention in WCC All-Academic Team.

2014-15 (Junior)
Fall 2014: SINGLES: Served up a winning record of 5-3 in his first year as a Don... Started the season off with two straight wins against Alex Solonin of Pepperdine, 6-4, 6-2, and Pavel Liska of Hawaii…Finished the season with a win against Sam Bertram of Santa Clara, 7-6(8), 3-6, 1-0(4)...DOUBLES: Played in seven matches, working with two different partners, Johan Samuelsson and Thomas Takemoto…obtained a winning record with Samuelsson of 2-1. 

Spring 2015: SINGLES: Served up a seven match winning streak against opponents from New Mexico, Cal Poly, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, Fresno State, New Mexico and Santa Clara…Finished the slate winning his last three matches in straight-sets. DOUBLES: Working mostly with Thomas Takemoto, he went 10-13 overall and 5-4 against WCC opponents…Earned a winning record of 7-6 at the No. 3 position…Served up three straight wins against Gonzaga, Portland and Loyola Marymount. 

Previous School: Played two seasons at Southern Miss with No. 3 singles record of 34-25 and an No. 2 doubles record of 29-19.

High School and Personal:  Played for four years at Escola Secundaria de Miraflores High School...helped his team win a regional and national championship...won the Lisbon regional championship under 18 singles and doubles as well as 12 and 14 singles and doubles...played No. 1 in Portugal in 16s and 18s...Majoring in Business…son of Luis Valverde and Rita Campos…born March 15, 1993, in Lisbon, Portugal.
