2016 Track & Field: Competed in nine fields for the Dons, running the 200 and 400 meters, and specializing in the 400 meter hurdles … won the 400 mH at the Johnny Mathis Invitational on Feb. 27 in a time of 1:04.56 … finished the 400 mH in 1:03.94 to take seventh at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on April 2 … capped her collegiate career with a season- and school-best mark of 1:03.62 in the 400 mH at the West Coast Last Chance on May 14.
2015 Track & Field: Competed in seven meets during the 2015 season, participating in the 100M, 200M, 400M and the 400M hurdles...Her time of 1:04.82 in the 400M hurdles at the Nor Cal Opener was her fastest of 2015...Also competed in the 4x400M relay.
2014 Track & Field: Bested her previous record in the 400 meter hurdles at the West Coast Last Chance to close the season on May 10, posting a time of 1:03.96 to finish third...Scored three second-place finishes in the hurdles...A
lso established USF-best relay marks at the West Coast Last Chance, as the Dons ran the 4x100m in 47.59 and the 4x400m in 3:52.38.Â
2013 Track & Field: Placed 12th in the 400 meters at the SF State Distance Carnival on March 29, with a time of 1:01.91...School-record time of 1:07.16 in the 400 meter hurdles good for fifth at the Johnny Mathis Invitational on March 23.
High School and Personal: Two-time Leland HS Varsity Girls Most Valuable Player...Ran the second-fastest time in school history in the 300 meter hurdles at the BVAL Finals her senior season, finishing with a personal best time of 44.99 seconds...Placed second at the Central Coast Section Championships in the 300 m hurdles and team finished third in the 4x400 m relay to qualify for the CIF State Meet...Her prep best in the 100m hurdles was 15.7...Majoring in marketing...Daughter of Theo and Elizabeth Fkiaras...Also enjoys reading, shopping, music, movies, travel and spending time with family.
