2017-18 (JUNIOR):

Track: Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that posted the school record at the MPSF Championships (Feb. 25) … Member of the distance medley relay team that set the school record at the UW Indoor Invite (Jan. 26) … Set a personal best in the 400 meters at the Cardinal Classic (Apr. 21), finishing with a time of 59.17 … Posted the second fastest 600 meters time in program history at the UW Preview (Jan. 13) with her time of 1:35.20 … Competed seven times in the 800 meters during the season, posting a season best time of 2:11.40 at the Portland Twilight (May 12).

Cross Country: Raced three times for the Dons in 2017 ... Finished 10th at the USF Invitational in a season-best time of 22:13.3 ... Also competed in the Roy Griak on Sept. 23 and the Nuttycombe (Open Division) on Oct. 13.

2016-17 (SOPHOMORE):

Track: Competed at the NCAA West Regional Preliminary Championships in the 800 meters on May 25 in Austin, Texas … Ran a season-best 1 mile mark of 4:54.94 on the indoor oval at the UW Invitational on Jan. 28 … Clocked in at 4:30.30 in the 1,500 meters at the Cardinal Classic on April 22 to take seventh in her section … Finished first and turned in a personal-best and school record time of 2:08.87 in the 800 meters at the West Coast Last Chance on May 13.

Cross Country: Competed three times for USF on the season … Opened the year with a season-best 6-kilometer time of 21:32.5 at the USF Invitational on Sept. 3, good for 12th individually … Also raced for the Dons at the Griak Invitational on Sept. 24 and the Wisconsin Invitational (Open Division) on Oct. 14.

2015-16 (FRESHMAN):

Track: Competed for the Dons eight times during the season, running the 400, 800 and 1,500 meter distances … Ran a season-best 400 at the Nor Cal Opener on March 5, clocking in at 60.62 seconds to take fifth … Finished eighth in the 800 with a time of 2:14.05 at the Hornet Open on March 19 … Turned in a season-best mark of 4:43.40 in the 1,500 m at the Beach Invitational on April 16.

Cross Country: Made her collegiate debut at the San Francisco Invitational, placing 10th overall with a time of 18:21.0 ... Took 173rd at the NCAA West Regionals, finishing with a time of 23:16.0 ... Competed in the 2015 NCAA Championships, taking 251st with a time of 23:21.7 in the 6K race.

High School/Prep/International and Personal: Placed 8th in the 800m at the IAAF World Youth Championships in 2013 with a time of 2:11.10 ... daughter of Susanne and Thomas Stahr ... personal bests include: 56.88 (400m), 2:07.73 (800m) and 4:30.84 (1500m) ... coached by Tasso Hanke.
