WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention - XC (2016, 17)

2018 Track & Field: Competed in five meets this season in both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters…set a personal best in the 10,000 meters at the Portland Twilight (May 11), posting a mark of 30:35.88 to finish 2^nd overall…ran a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Cardinal Classic (Apr. 20) with a time of 14:37.70…ran in the 10,000m at the SF State Distance Carnival (Mar. 30), winning his heat with a time of 31:06.77.

2017 Cross Country: Competed all five races for the Dons in 2017...raced to a season-best 8K mark of 24:54.2 at the Nuttycombe Invitational to take 129th place...was the fourth Don to cross the line at the NCAA West Regional to help USF finish 8th as a team...WCC All-Academic honorable mention selection.

2017 Track & Field: Competed six times for USF during the season, turning in three personal best performances … raced to a time of 4:01.67 in the 1,500 meters at the Hornet Invitational on March 18 … finished the 5,000 meters in 14:40.29 to take 13th in his section at the Cardinal Classic on April 21 … crossed the line in 14:39.60 at the Oxy Invitational on May 6.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in all five meets for the Dons in the fall … raced to a season-best 8K mark of 25:22.7 at the USF Invitational on Sept. 3 to take 29th individually … was the fifth USF runner to cross the line at the NCAA West Regionals, turning in a 10K time of 31:29.0 to help USF to eighth - its highest-ever regional finish ... earned points for the Dons on two occasions … WCC All-Academic honorable mention selection.

2016 Track & Field: Competed four times for the Dons, finishing in seventh or better in each race … Ran a season-best mark of 8:43.88 in the 3,000 meters at the Nor Cal Opener on March 5, good for third … finished seventh in the 1,500 m with a time of 4:02.66 at the Woody Wilson Classic on April 16 .. closed the season in the field of the 5,000 at the West Coast Last Chance on May 14, covering the distance in 14:44.57.

2015 Cross Country: Placed 28th at the USF Invitational with a time of 26:10.4 to open up his career in the Green and Gold...Took 11th at the Boise State dual meet, finishing the course in 26:49.7...Competed at the San Francisco State Invitational and finished in 154th with a time of 28:02.0...Raced at the West Coast Conference Championships and finished in 46th with a time of 26:38.4...Ran a time of 34:11.4 at the NCAA West Regionals to take 145th in the 10K meet.

High School and Personal: Personal best of 9:24 (3200m) and 4:29 (1600m)...Ran four years of cross country and track and field in high school...Son of Jim and Denise...Majoring in political science...Enjoys reading and playing video games in his free time.
