2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran for the Dons on four occasions during the cross country season ... turned in a season-best 5K time of 18:54 at the Sacramento State Inter-Regional on Oct. 4 ... posted a season-best 6K of 22:53.2 at the Bronco Invitational on Oct. 19.
2013 TRACK AND FIELD: Competed at four meets for USF, in three different distances ... turned in a season-best 1,500 meter time of 5:07.70 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational March 23 ... finished 14th at the SF State Distance Carnival on March 29, running two miles in 11:55.25.
2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets for the Dons...best performance of the season came at the San Francisco State Invitational 6k, running a time of 24:06, 5th fastest runner for USF at the race.
PREP CAREER: 2012 western league champion for 3200 meters in 11:39... 6th place at 2012 CIF San Diego Section Championships in 11:41 ( 2nd place at CIF prelims in 11:37)... placed 37th at 2012 California State Championships in 19:06. Turned in prep best times of 4:55 in the 1,500m, 5:18 in the 1,600m and 11:35 in the 3,200m.
