2017 (SENIOR): The stalwart defender played in 16 games making 13 starts for the Dons…played in 1,132 minutes, the second time in her career she’s logged more than 1,000 minutes on the pitch…finished the year with one assist, which came in the first game of the season in the 2-1 win over New Mexico when she floated a pass for Samantha Jehnings in the 13^th minute of the contest to even things up…tallied four shots on the season with two on target…was a big factor in the Dons’ three shutouts on the year, including the 1-0 win over No. 6 Cal on Aug. 25…played 90 or more minutes eight times on the year, including the regular season finale, in the 2-0 win over San Diego…played in all 110 minutes of the 2-2 against Cal Poly on Aug. 27.

2016 (JUNIOR): Started all 19 contests in the defensive backfield... proved an invaluable member of the defensive unit... led the team with 1,669 minutes on the pitch... registered her second-career assist at home against UC Riverside (Aug. 21)... took a total of eight shots on the year. 

2015 (SOPHOMORE): Made 13 appearances with four starts on the year…took five shots with one shot on goal…played a season-high 99 minutes in a 2-1 overtime loss at Oregon State (Aug. 30)…logged 661 minutes overall, fourth-most among USF’s non-starters.

2014 (FRESHMAN): Played in all 20 games with 18 starts... earned her first start in the season opener against California... picked up her first career point when she assisted on one of two goals against Gonzaga... finished the season with two assists, tied for third on the team.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Arriola is a four-year varsity player for Torrance High School (Torrance, Calif.) who dominated from the moment she stepped on the field. She has been named the team MVP three times and was named to the all-league first team each of the last two seasons. In her junior season, she scored six goals and picked up 12 assists on her way to an All-California Interscholastic Federation first team selection. Arriola helped Torrance to its first Pioneer League championship in 17 years in 2011. Arriola also competed against current Dons Jessica Nakae and Amanda Whittle, who both played for crosstown rival South Torrance High School. She has also been the captain of the Beach Futbol Club of the Southern California Development Soccer League and helped guide them to a 2013 National Cup championship.
 
PERSONAL: Parents are Elizabeth Martin and Martin Arriola…born on Aug. 3, 1996 in Torrance, Calif.…majoring in graphic design…enjoys drawing.
