2017 Track & Field: Her time in the 10,000 meters ranks in the top-10 in USF track & field program history…ran a personal best in the mile at the Husky Classic (Feb. 10) with a time of 5:06.54…raced to another personal best at the MPSF Championships (Feb. 24) in the 3,000 meters, posting a time of 10:00.60…took home a personal best in the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational, posting a time of 34:38.24 to finish 19th overall.

2017 Cross Country: Competed once in 2017, finishing 16th at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 21:27.5.

Prior experience: Competed in the 2016 SPAR European Cross Country Championships in Chia, Italy where she plated 38th ... Midland League U20 winner in 2015 ... On the track she competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, and the 10km road race. 

Personal: A graduate student at USF studying PSM Biotechnology ... Parents Helle Jagd Brysting and Kennet Brysting ... has a twin sister, Caroline ... enjoys biotechnology, social activities with friends and athletics.
