2010 Cross Country: Ran in three races, settinga personal best time of 25:23 at the Doc Adams Invitational with a21st place finish... also ran in the San Francisco StateInvitational and Bronco Invitational.

2010 Track & Field: Won the 5000m B sectionin 15:08 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival... was 5th inthe 1500 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Finished 18th in 25:58 atthe WCC Championships... posted a personal best of 25:42 at the SanFrancisco Invitational.

2009 Track & Field: Set a personal best of3:54.77 for 5th place in the 1500m at the Woody Wilsoninvitational... won the 5000m in 15:01.46 at the Aggie Open...finished 12th in the 5000m with a personal best of 14:58.62 at theCal Nevada Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of26:03 at the Bronco Invitational... finished 43rd in 28:13 at theWCC Championships.

2008 Track & Field: Solid freshmenseason... was fourth at the National Athletic ConferenceChampionships in the 5000 and 7th in the 1500... runner up finishin the 1500 at the Woody Wilson Invitational... ran a personal bestin the 1500 at the Brutus Hamilton in 3:58.34.

2007 Cross Country: Set an 8k personal recordat the Sundodger Invitational with a time of 26:04, where he placedthird on the team. Was the only freshman to run on the WCC and WestRegional team for the Dons.

Prep Career: 2006 and 2007 Western League CrossCountry Champion... 800 and 1600 Champion in the 2007 track season(Western Leaugue). Sixth place at City Section in the 1600...personal bests are 2:00 in the 800, 4:23 in the 1600 and 15:43 inthe three mile.

DONS File: Undeclared major at USF... parentsare Karen and Ananda Amarawansa... Chose USF because of theemphasis on social justice, community service, and overall makingthe world more just, along with the city of San Francisco and theoutstanding team... his Grandfather, Ted Bamberger, ran forDartmouth, focusing on the 800.
