2010 Cross Country: Began the season running apersonal best of 25:25 for 14th place at the San FranciscoInvitational... two races later set a new personal best with a25:03 at the Bronco Invitational... finished 18th at the West CoastConference Championship in 26:03... ran 31:42 at the WesternRegionals... competed five times for USF.
2010 Track and Field: Competed in fourmeets for the Dons.
2009 Cross Country: Competed in three races andran a personal best of 25:49 to finish sixth at the Doc AdamsInvitational.
2009 Track & Field: Finished third in theopen 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational in 1:54.96...won the800m at the SFSU Distance Carnival...ran 4:00.54 for 1500m in hisfirst year in this event.
2008 Cross Country: In his first-ever crosscountry season, set a personal best of 25:50.3 to finish 11th atthe Doc Adams Invitational.
2008 Track & Field: Finished place sixth inthe 800 at the National Athletic Conference Championships... ran apersonal best of 1:56.43 in the 800 at the Santa Clara dualmeet.
Prep Career: Personal best of 51 seconds in the400m.
