2010 Cross Country: Ran in three races... besttime of the season was a 25:28 at the Bronco Invitational...finished with a time of 26:28 at the West Coast ConferenceChampionships.
2010 Track &Field: Finished sixth in the 800 at theStanford Opener... ran 4:15.93 (indoor) in the one mile at theHusky Classic.
2009 Cross Country: For the second consecutiveyear, was the number two runner for the Dons at the WCCChampionships finishing 11th in 25:37... earned WCC HonorableMention... posted a personal best of 25:18 at the BroncoInvitational.
2009 Track & Field: Finished second in theopen 800m at the Brutus Hamilton with a personal best of 1:54.10...was fourth in the 800m at the CAL Opener.
2008 Cross Country: In his first-ever crosscountry season he was the Dons number two runner at the West CoastConference Championships finishing 20th in 27:12... placed 12thwith a personal best of 25:53.8 at the Doc Adams Invitational.
2008 Track & Field: Placed seventh at theNational Athletic Conference Championships in the 800... posted apersonal best at 800 meters in 1:57.08 at the Santa Clara dualmeet.
Prep Career: Personal best of 51 seconds in the400m.
