2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 800m four times… personal best 2:14.85 came at the Brutus Hamilton Open (4/22).

2010 CROSS COUNRY: Ran in two races for the Dons.

2010 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three meets posting seasonal bests of 2:21.32 for 800m and 4:53.04 for 1500m… placed second in the 1500m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three races for the Dons... finishes 19th with a personal best of 18:33 at the Hornet Jamboree Invitational.  

2009 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three meets for the Dons... posted collegiate bests of 2:23.98 for 800m and 5:03.66 for 1500m. 

2008 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt.

PREP CAREER: Competed one season of cross country at Snohomish High School finishing 48th in the 2006 Washington 4A Cross Country Championships... finished 6th at the 2007 Washington 4A state championships at 800 in 2:16.64... broke a 25-year-old high school record at 800... also has prep personal bests of 5:14 for 1600.

PERSONAL: International Studies major... parents are Shabbir and Ruqayya.
