2015 CROSS COUNTRY: Began his Dons career with a 6th place finish at the Boise State dual meet, completing the course in 25:39.2...Took 41st at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 25:51.9...Placed 213th at Pre-Nationals with a time of 25:00.5...Competed at the WCC Championships and took 48th wit a time of 26:46.7...Raced at the NCAA West Regionals and completed the course in 33:46.9 for a 123rd place finish.
HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL: Helped his team to a first place finish in the British University and Colleges Sport (BUCS) cross country team championships in January of 2015...Part of the English junior cross country team in 2012 and 2013... Personal bests include: 3:50.11 (1500m), 8:17.70 (3000m), 14:28.71 (5000m), 32:05 (10K)...Coached by Richard Thurston and Bud Baldaro...Son of Andrew Shepherd and Jayne Shepherd...Enjoys cycling and swimming during his free time.
