2023-24 (GRADUATE):   
  • Awarded All-WCC First Team honors and earned WCC Player of the Week two times.
  • Started in all 30 games and tallied the most minutes on the team with 1,038.
  • Held a .725 percentage on free throws making 124 on 171 attempts.
  • Lead the team in points with 504 with an average of 16.8, ranked for third most in the WCC.
  • Recorded double-digits in points in 27 out of 30 appearances on the season.
  • Second player in program history to score 40 points in a game, shooting 60 percent to lead the Dons to an 81-68 win at Pacific on 1/13/24.
2022-23 (SENIOR):
  • Played in all 32 games for USF, averaging 10.1 points in 21.2 minutes per game
  • Earned WCC Sixth Woman of the Year honors
  • Set a career-high in free-throws made on 11/7/22 against Cal State East Bay, going 11/12 from the line
  • Recorded a career-high 11 rebounds and tied a season-high 23 points on 12/10/22 at Colorado State; her first double-double as a Don
  • Tied her USF career-high with 4 made three-point field-goals against Portland on 2/2/23
  • Made a team-high 83 free-throws on the season, good for 9th-most in the conference
2021-22 (JUNIOR):
  • Transferred to San Francisco from Northern Colorado prior to the season.
  • Played in all 33 games for the Dons this season while also making two starts.
  • Finished the season with 703 total minutes played for an average of 21.3 minutes per game mostly coming off the bench.
  • Scored 382 total points for an average of 11.3 PPG good for second on USF's roster.
  • Shot a highly efficient 45.3 percent from the field (136-for-300) and finished the season shooting 34.5 percent from three point range (41-for-119).
  • Poured in a career-high 28 points off the bench in the Dons' narrow loss to Santa Clara on Jan. 15.
  • Scored at least 20 points in three of USF's first four WCC game this season including against BYU, San Diego and Santa Clara.
  • Studying business finance.
  • Wants to become a lawyer after USF.
2020-21 (SOPHOMORE at Northern Colorado):
  • Started 21 of 23 games for Northern Colorado while averaging 25.8 minutes per contest.
  • Averaged 11.7 PPG, 4.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists for Northern Colorado. 
 2019-20 (FRESHMAN at Northern Colorado):
  • Started 30 of 31 contests for the Bears while averaging 28.8 minutes per contest.
  • Averaged 8 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists for Northern Colorado.
HIGH SCHOOL:
  • Played four years of basketball and three years of soccer.
  • 2017 West Seattle High School Player of the Year.
  • Three-year captain and 1,000 points scorer.
  • Team won the district championship twice and finished third in the state.
  • Student Body Treasurer for three years.
PERSONAL:
  • Parents Hyong and Leland Gayles.
  • Younger brother Leland III.
  • Jasmine's Dad, Leland Jr. played college football for Arizona and grandfather Leland Sr. played college football for UCLA.

  • After graduation, Jasmine wants to pursue a career in law.
